PVR9150T, is it knackered?

Suffering multi faults, sporadic freezing, no channel lists, missed recordings, will not record ,says channel unavailable but it is showing through TV, stop~ start while viewing, plus sound and jumping faults on recordings, I think thats the lot, the warranty runs out in Nov this year. Will I just be told to try OTA updates or will they finally say it is a manufacturing fault and I can have a new one?
