Here are some solutions... :

try this
"if you radio is showing lock 10 simply hold down the button 6
on your radio whilst switching your radio on.
this will give you 3 extra attempts to enter the code to activate your ford radio

Try to keep pressed "1" and "6" or only "6" and you should have more chances
================================================== ==========================
"10 locked"
-----------
1- Drivers door open.
2- ign, off.
3- radio off.
4- press and hold "6".
5- turn on radio.
6- hold "6" 30-40sec.
7- if nothing happens let it go.
8- try more times.
================================================== ===========================
"10 & 13 locked"
----------------
1. Drivers door open - leave open.
2. Ign. ON. - Use RED key only.
3. Radio ON.
4. Press and hold presets 1, 3 and 6.
5. Ign. OFF then back ON within 1 second.
6. Release presets 1, 3 and 6.
7. Radio OFF.
8. Ign. OFF.
Repeat the above the same number of times that is
showing on the display when you started. i.e: 10 or 13.
