Mend Amstrad HD Sky+ Receive Sky Dish

Cannot receive channel 4 0r 139 on transponder 41?

Sky engineer changed dish and receiver still cannot get 2 channels has also rest HD sky + amstrad box its only 6weeks old??? They think channel is being blocked
but dont know why?
