how to change glow plugs?

i got the same problem and been searching the net but no-one seems to answer any of these questions! wow, it must be a hard job if everyone is avaoiding the question!!! lol

i have removed the water bottle and the 2 star drive screws on the plastic cover. the cover still wont move and i cant see any more screws.

so im gonna stare at the engine for a bit and then give up!
guess my local mechanic will be getting my money yet again!
oh well i tried right?
