we have no dial tone on our bt synergy 2150 handsets x3. ?
We have no dial tone and can make no calls. If somebody calls us the phones ring but when we pick up the handset we cannot hear anyone. We have plugged in an old phone which works so it must be the handsets.

Ive got exactly the same prob. Ive tried a factory reset, but no success.
