my van,struggles from cold start,once warm it starts 1st time,but from cold takes several turns,also in the nmorning there is a hell of alot of grey smoke this clears after 10 mins of running,tried to replace glow plugs but they wont budge and not sure if this is the prob,my mate said they dont seem to be walming up,once running its fine but if left for over an hour the problem returns,i prime it in the morning from the fuel pump this helps a bit,but not enough,tested the battery an alternator and there fine.
