how to do a oil and filter change on a c5?

can you please tell me how to do a oil and filter change on 2003 citroen c5 2.0 hdi also how to change the fuel filter and air filter. can you also tell me what parts i require. does the oil filter need a seal replacing when changing it cheers jon.
