its not so easy on a 1.8 diesel fiesta the is one tensioner under the diesel pump pulley which you have to use a m4 torx socket and do it up as if your tightening it then the belt will work lose and you can remove it and change for the new aux belt be warned you may have to buy a new tensioner because the old ones sieze and the tensioner bolt snaps.
