What pressure should my boiler be at?

Ok. My landlord had a new valve fitted on our boiler because it was losing pressure (half a bar in about three hours. He and now I are keeping an eye on it and since the valve was fitted we've lost a quarter of a bar over a day and a half. we've also had the heating and hot water turned off every day by our landlord, who thinks the problem is worse than before. the plumber thinks there is no issue. what's going on?!

the pressure should be at no more than 1.5bar. check all your radiators for leaking, as this will cause pressure drop, and check to see if there is water dripping outside the building from the short pipe on the wall backing onto the boiler, if there is, the pressure relief SAFETY valve is faulty. the other cause is a ruptured expanion vessel inside the boiler( big red tank). get these checked out. there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for the landlord to to turn your water off, as central heating and water supply are on seperate sealed systems.
