spring out of my canon k425 copier?

i can see where the spring is on one side and how it is attached but can't see where one side of other spring which fell off is attached. does someone have this same copier with same problem?

I have the same problem. Spring is attached to the spring holder, a black color plastic arm under the white push-up lever.
That spring holder arm of the black plastic is broken causing the spring to fall off.
The black plastic must be replaced.
I am trying to find out where can purchase one.
