The window washer water reservoir in my 2000 ka seems to leak, both motors work for front and rear screen but I am getting no water through to the jets. Access to the reservoir seems to need removal of wipers and the plastic grill below the windscreen. Could there possibly a pipe come off as I cannot find any diagrams of the reservoir assembly.
I have the same problem, where is the filter from the reservior?

If you can hear the pump run It's more likely to be the 1 way valve fitted in the pie to the washer jets. look for the joint in the pipe - remove it and poke out the little ball valve - or remove it altohether!

I have the same problem and have been told by Ford that the bottle is 'bunged up'. They will clean it out for £50.
Does anyone have a cheap and cheerful method of clearing the system?

Found out what the problem was a bunged up filter from reservior to pump a simple job to clean and re-fit must remember additive when filling up with water .I hope that helps anyone with a similar problem..
