Where do these people get this bull info. Mines is a Renault Trafic 2011 Sport. Depress the accelerator pedal fully turn on the ignigion and pump the brake pedal until the light goes out. I just did it two minutes ago. Thanks Andy Renault trucks you were spot on mate

Put your foot on accelerator and hold down to the floor then turn the van on so it's running (van will rev to limit, but don't worry) while holding the accelerator to the floor with the van running, press the brake pedal 3 times hard. Van will atuomatically loose it revs and the symbol will disappear. Done

depress the accelaerator pedal fully, turn on the ignition and press the brake pedal 8 times , light should reset

press the brake and ecelerator pedal and switch the ignition on at the same time. then on the stalk in front of the wipers there is the volume for the radio just behind these there is a roller switch so you can change radio station just roll this forward and yey presto youve done it

Hi Tony, By the service light did you mean the maintenence light which is a little flashing spanner?
If so, the manual says switch on the ignition after 10 seconds depress the accellerator and pump the brake pedal 3 times... I tried this several times and could'nt get it to work but, found switching the ignition on whilst holding down the acc. pedal and brake pedal for a few seconds works. The Renault dealer told me they were not able to give out technical information and to refer to our handbook, or to book it in with them!!

Hi Tony, the "serv" light is not a sevice due warning it is the ECU fault light, you will need to get the van connected to a diagnostic code reader to find the fault fix it then the ECU's memory can be reset and the light extinguished, you don't need to go to a dealer as most independant garages and tyre&exhaust places have the kit required, but isn't the van still under warranty?
