bosch maxx7 showing f21 how can i get rid of it?

washing machine was working there was a power cut i had to open door to get washing out since then it shows f21 and will not work i live in cyprus the manel is in turkish im english please help thankyou

Worked first time for me. The rpm button doesn't make a sound when you press it. Don't be put off, it is working. Put on spin cycle after reset to check drain is now working.

Yes, this solution really does work on a Bosch Exxcel 7. I had to try it about 7 or 8times, but it did reset itself in the end.
The machine's about 9 years old and has taken a real battering from my family of 5 (3 teenagers with no concept of a weekly wash!).
Next time this happens, I think it's off to the big laundry in the sky for this old trouper!
Thanks for the fix tip...saved me £££ in repair costs!

I have a bosch avantixx 6 and the same process worked for me after I changed the brushes on the motor, I had to do it a few times though but machine is working perfect now with new brushes.
Found what the code was and how to fix it here - thanks guys, for all your help.

I tried this and it worked but when my cycle started it then stops and just counts the minutes down! Any ideas?

I have same problem but get the machine back to live after u reset the machine... But some issues whas still in the machine but after I put in new kol to the motor everything works perfectly now :-)

We ordered the brushes and replaced them, but still the lights kept blinking.

I've tried this magic-like trick of your and it worked!

6 o`clock position , press rpm, move one step clockwise,
release rpm, that`s it , worked first time , thanks,
for my countrymen I will write it in Norwegian:
Skru hovedbryter i kl 6 position, press bryter som
bestemmer spinnehastighet, skru hovedbryter et hakk
frem, med klokka, slipp presset på spinnhastighetsbryter, slå av maskinen og så er F21 borte ved restart, mvh OC

Rzeczywscie skutkuje sposob, ktory opisal ponizej Ray!

1. pokretlo ustawiamy na godzinie "6" (plukanie)
2. przytrzymujemy przycisk "wirowanie"
3. przekrecamy pokretlo na wirowanie

Po wykonaniu powyzszych czynnosci wyswietlacz powinien sie zresetowac.

Prosze sie nie sugerowac, ze przyciski nie dzialaja! Ja probowalem 3 razy.

I had the same problem with my MAXX7 as well after a power cut last night and now, thanks to you, the machine is ok. I am an electronics technician by profession but there is no way of knowing such combinations to 'reset' the controller unless you see it in a service manual or some kind fellow tells you how :)

I have a bosch classixx and did something similar, I turned it to spin (the six o'clock position), then held down the RPM/Spin button and turned the dial one click clockwise and then let go of the RPM/Spin button. I then switched to off and then back on. I worked the second time I did it.

This worked for mine.

I have the same problem!Every time there is a power cut it happens.A technician came out pressed some buttons and it works again,not a hour later the same happened so he must come back.He would not show me how cause he says its his work??Its not in the manual I have one.His coming back tomorrow if he shows me I will post it
