how to fix Fiat scudo electrical problems?

The clock on the dash, interior light, and high level rear brake light do not work on my scudo van.
The interior light did work but then just stoped, the other two have not worked since I bought the vehicle.
I have checked all the fuses,(OK), the connections all seem alright, and the bulb hasn't gone in the interior light.
I'm baffled , any help....!

Hi my fiat scudo 2005 is not working someone tried changing the intercom wires but did it wrong one of the fuse blew I tried changing them but still not working when starting the exmission the doors lock but when locking from outside with key it does not work car does not start at allplease can u tell me what could I do
