how do I adjust handbreak on fiat punto?

I would like soom advice on how I go about adjusting my handbreak on a fiat punto, as the break is not holding on a hill. I have had new disc's and break cable fitted 12ths ago.

maybe u need new brake shoes cause it should be automatic adjusters in the drum for the brake shoes.
