samsung fridge freezer american style?

call samsung on 08009880123 this problem was documented on BBC watchdog. Samsung have extended the warranty to 5 years. Call them.

It is a known design problem, and thanks to the BBC's Watchdog programme, Samsung have now offered free callout and repair to any RS21-series fridge-freezer for a period of FIVE years from date of purchase. Call Samsung customer service on 0800-9880123 to book a visit. I've just received this info from Comet, but have not had the repair done yet. u will need to replace defrost sensor and fan motor can get them both from www.reconwarehouse.co.uk
